KYC Documents and Right to Work

We are required by law to establish your identity and your right to work in the UK, so please provide all necessary documents in support of your application.

Please upload a copy of your UK passport along with a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past 3 months. If no passport is held, we require Birth Certificate or Driver's Licence (photo card) and Proof of NI Number - this can be from a NI Card, HMRC letter or P45.

If you are an EU or NON-EU national, in addition to your passport and proof of address, you need to provide your right to work share code so that we can carry out the check electronically. The code should begin with 'W', no other share codes will be accepted.

Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)

If you work with vulnerable groups, including children, please upload your current valid DBS Certificate.
